Role Definition: Perform global expense audit and compliance review activities within MCTE and Oversight to ensure adherence to T&E and P-Card policies, regulatory requirements, and internal control standards.

What You Will Do:

• Review and audit employee expense reports in MCTE and Oversight to ensure compliance with T&E and P-Card policies and approval requirements. 

• Validate expense documentation and supporting evidence for accuracy, completeness, and policy adherence. 

• Investigate and resolve expense report exceptions, discrepancies, and non-compliant transactions. 

• Support global travel policy updates proposal, process improvements, and operational compliance initiatives. 

• Collaborate with Finance, Compliance, HR, and business stakeholders to ensure effective T&E expense management and internal controls. 

• Contribute to operational MCTE auditing reporting, trend analysis, and continuous improvement of user experience and process efficiency.

What You Have:

• Project Management: Knowledge of effective project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and control projects, ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.

• Procurement: Knowledge of buying and procurement; ability to work with organizational strategies and practices, and use tools for buying goods, supplies, equipment and services needed to conduct business.

• Knowledge of a Specific Procurement System: Knowledge of the features, functions and operations of a specific procurement system; ability to develop and use tools, techniques, and practices for a specific procurement application.

• Purchasing Tasks and Activities: Knowledge of policies, regulations and processes of purchasing; ability to use practices and procedures for procurement of materials, components, equipment and services.
