In this role, you'll help strengthen supply chain performance through analysis that supports efficient operations, informed planning, and dependable service across the business.
We are seeking a data-driven Supply Chain Analyst to optimize end-to-end supply chain performance through analytics, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration. This role leverages NetSuite ERP, Excel, Power BI, and other analytical tools to improve inventory performance, supplier relationships, cost efficiency, and service levels. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, communicates insights effectively, and can influence business decisions across vendors, branch leadership, and executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics including inventory turnover, fill rates, on-time delivery, lead times, and transportation costs using NetSuite and other tools.
- Develop and maintain demand forecasts using statistical models and historical data extracted from NetSuite and AI tools.
- Monitor inventory levels in NetSuite and recommend actions to optimize stock across warehouses and distribution centers.
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the supply chain and propose data-driven solutions.
- Track, monitor, and report on supplier rebates, incentive programs, and promotional agreements throughout the year to ensure accurate recording, compliance, and maximum benefit realization.
- Influence and partner with vendors, branch leadership, Regional Vice Presidents, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and sales teams to align supply with demand and drive measurable business improvements.
- Build executive dashboards and present actionable insights using NetSuite, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, AI, or similar business intelligence tools.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses for new suppliers, transportation routes, or process improvements.
- Support S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) processes within NetSuite.
- Track and evaluate supplier performance and risk factors using NetSuite data.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain function.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in supply chain management.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, procurement, or operations.
- Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP as a primary system, including report building, data extraction, inventory modules, and analytics.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP, Power Query, and advanced formulas; experience with VBA or Excel macros is a plus.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, along with SQL.
- Knowledge of forecasting methods, inventory optimization models, and statistical analysis.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to translate data and analysis into clear, compelling boardroom-level presentations and executive slides.
- Experience working with executive and supply chain stakeholders, including senior sales and operations leadership.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma, is a plus.
- Experience supporting Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes is a plus.
- Experience with AI tools is a plus.
- Knowledge of international trade, tariffs, and global supply chain risks is advantageous.
