Objetivo/ Propósito del puesto:
Supervisar la recepción, almacenamiento y surtido de materiales, revisando, organizando y distribuyendo los mismos; a fin de mantener los niveles de inventarios necesarios y garantizar un servicio eficiente a la organización, alineados al trabajo en equipo y la mejora continua.
Desarrollar y ejecutar un plan estratégico para brindar apoyo y mejorar continuamente los conocimientos, las habilidades y el entorno de aprendizaje en una organización multinacional de ingeniería y fabricación de tamaño mediano y alta mezcla.
Principales Responsabilidades:
Coordinar las actividades de abastecimiento desde almacén para todas las plantas de Spellman Mexico.
Supervisar las actividades de los supervisores de almacen de cada planta.
Coordinar el control de inventarios de los almacenes de Spellman.
Programa, coordina, controla y supervisa las tareas del personal del almacén en todos los turnos implementados en la planta.
Coordina las presentaciones mensuales y cuatrimestrales de las áreas de almacen.
Auditar PEPS/PCPS y Conteos cíclicos del área.
Adiestra al personal bajo su cargo.
Lleva el control de asistencia del personal a su cargo, reportando ausencias y solicitando los suplentes respectivos.
Atiende y orienta al público en lo relativo al almacén.
Cumple con las normas y procedimientos de seguridad integral establecidos por la Organización.
Mantenimiento de los equipos y herramientas de manera indirecta y con carácter periódico.

Realización de reportes para dashboard y estado de inventarios
Seguimiento al servicio brindado por almacén a usuarios.
Seguimiento a los métricos establecidos globalmente para la unión de los almacenes de spellman.
Control de los mantenimientos preventivos de cualquier equipo que se tenga dentro del almacén.
Mantener los conteos cíclicos de acuerdo con los métricos establecidos.
Mantener las 6’s en área de trabajo.
Dar seguimiento a los Items “URGENTES” de cada Importaciones (HOT LIST).
Dar cumplimiento y cuidar que el personal bajo su cargo de cumplimiento a cada uno de los puntos considerados dentro del código de conducta (ética) de Spellman de México, S.A. de C.V.
Cumplir con la Política de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente, siguiendo los procedimientos e instrucciones aplicables a sus actividades.
Incluyendo todas las actividades inherentes al puesto.
Competencias y habilidades:
Lic. En Administración, Ing. Industrial. – Equivalente a experiencia mínima de 5 años en la posición.
Técnicas de almacenamiento de materiales (Especializado)

Purpose:
Oversee the receipt, storage, and assortment of materials, reviewing, organizing, and distributing them to maintain the necessary inventory levels and ensure efficient service to the organization, aligned with teamwork and continuous improvement.
Develop and execute a strategic plan to support and continuously improve knowledge, skills, and the learning environment in a mid-sized, high-mix multinational engineering and manufacturing organization.
Main Responsibilities:
• Coordinate warehouse procurement activities for all Spellman Mexico plants.
• Supervise the activities of the warehouse supervisors at each plant.
• Coordinate inventory control for Spellman warehouses.
• Schedule, coordinate, control, and supervise the tasks of warehouse personnel on all shifts implemented at the plant.
• Coordinates monthly and quarterly presentations for warehouse areas.
• Audits FIFO/PCPS and cycle counts for the area.
• Trains staff under their supervision.
• Monitors the attendance of staff under their supervision, reporting absences and requesting the appropriate substitutes.
• Serves and provides guidance to the public regarding warehouse matters.
• Complies with the comprehensive safety standards and procedures established by the organization.
• Maintains equipment and tools indirectly and periodically.

• Monitors the service provided by the warehouse to users.
• Monitors established global metrics for the Spellman warehouse network.

• Follow up on "URGENT" items for each import (HOT LIST).
• Ensure that the personnel under your charge comply with each of the points considered in the Spellman de México, S.A. de C.V. code of conduct (ethics).

Competencies and skills:
