The Role…
At Soho House, a Supervisor plays an essential role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our members and guests. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and Front of House team, you will oversee service operations on the floor, ensure staff are well-guided and professional, and maintain the high standards that reflect the identity of the club.
Your main responsibility is to ensure that members have an enjoyable experience. You will deliver excellent service from initial greeting, taking orders, making recommendations and creating a wide variety of beverages, strong barista skills, as well as inspiring team leadership and training.

Key duties…

Leading shifts and acting as the first point of contact for the team during service.

Delivering consistently high coffee standards and ensuring drink quality.

Training and coaching baristas to improve consistency, speed and confidence.

Supporting the onboarding and development of new team members.

Maintaining cleanliness, organisation and presentation throughout the café.

Monitoring stock, equipment and daily operational standards.

Proactively resolving member concerns and ensuring excellent face-to-face service.

Supporting the Manager with operational priorities and communicating issues effectively.
What we are looking for...
- 2–3 years in a similar high-end dining environment, with experience in a supervisory position
- Excellent food and beverage knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a hands-on approach
- Confident, polished, and professional demeanour
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Familiarity with POS systems
