About the Role
We’re looking for teammates ready to take the next step as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in India (Hyderabad). In this role, you’ll act as a peer leader by helping solve complex cases, guiding teammates through tough scenarios, and escalating issues appropriately. You will champion best practices and help preserve our team's operational integrity for our lines of business.
You will report to the Senior Team Lead, on our Subject Matter Expert team.

We’re excited about you because…
- You possess an advanced C1 English proficiency level or higher (both written and spoken).
- You are fully available to work on-site, night shift, directly from our Hyderabad office.
- You bring a proven background in a fast-paced customer support or operations environment, consistently meeting top-tier KPIs and SLA metrics.
- You demonstrate excellent proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and digital ticketing workflows.
- You are a first-principles, collaborative problem solver who is highly reliable, compliant with data privacy standards (HIPAA/GDPR), and has a natural talent for mentoring junior peers.
