Are you an Economics, Business, Finance, or Information Systems student with strong Excel skills and German language proficiency? This role is ideal for students who enjoy working with data, staying organized, and learning how large international companies operate.

As a Student Associate, you will support the SAP Platform team with daily operational and administrative activities. You will work closely with SAP professionals and business stakeholders, helping the team stay organized, efficient, and focused on delivering value to clients.

YOUR MISSION:

• Providing day-to-day administrative and operational support to the SAP capability team

• Maintaining and organizing team documentation, shared repositories, and knowledge databases

• Managing and updating trackers, reports, and team records in Excel and internal tools

• Preparing regular status overviews and supporting reporting activities

• Creating and updating presentations, slide decks, and visual materials in PowerPoint

• Ensuring filing structures and documentation remain accurate and up to date

• Scheduling meetings and supporting calendar coordination

• Preparing agendas, capturing meeting notes, and tracking follow-up actions

• Supporting internal communication and routine correspondence

• Assisting capability leads with ad-hoc reporting, data gathering, and information management activities

• Collaborating with colleagues from different countries and functions within a global SAP organization

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience. The range of hourly base pay for this role is 5.00 € - 7.00€.

WHO YOU ARE:  

• We are looking for a motivated university student who enjoys organizing information, working with data, and supporting teams in a fast-paced international environment.

• Active (full-time/daily) university student status (preferred studies in Economics, Business Administration, Management, Finance, Information Systems)

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

• Good communication and collaboration skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Microsoft Office applications in general

• German language proficiency at upper intermediate (B2) or advanced (C1) level

• English language proficiency at upper intermediate (B2) or advanced (C1) level

• Slovak language proficiency at advanced (C1/C2) level

• Willingness to work from our Bratislava office (this is office-based role from our Plynarenska, Bratislava office)
