Business Operations
- Review and interpret business data, performance reports, and relevant key metrics to understand business performance and identify emerging trends.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify business opportunities and potential risks.
- Utilize business insights and available data to translate insights into actionable initiatives and support strategic recommendations and management decision-making.
- Monitor key business performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate the effectiveness of business initiatives, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Strategic Partnerships
- Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnerships that align with the company's business objectives.
- Explore collaboration opportunities with corporate partners, brands, organizations, and industry stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential business partners.
- Drive partnership opportunities from discussion to execution, including partnership discussions, negotiations, and implementation of collaborative projects.
- Monitor partnership performance and identify opportunities to maximize mutual value.
Business Growth & Brand Exposure
- Research and identify opportunities for the company to participate in exhibitions, conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
- Coordinate with event organizers and partners to secure participation, speaking opportunities, sponsorships, or exhibition booths.
- Propose new initiatives that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and create business opportunities.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment (ROI) of partnership and promotional activities.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with management and cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Product teams, to execute strategic initiatives.
- Support special projects and other strategic assignments as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Development, Strategic Planning, or Strategic Partnerships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about business growth and innovation.
