Über diese Staff Product Manager, Delivery Stelle bei Bellese
Bellese Technologies is looking for an experienced delivery-focused Staff Product Manager to lead strategy for one of our distributed teams that support the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) federal agency.
As a Staff Product Manager at Bellese, you are a recognized authority in product management, agile delivery, and digital services — translating strategy set by product and executive leadership into executable roadmaps, and driving the disciplined agile delivery that turns those roadmaps into meaningful outcomes for clients and the communities they serve. You have a deep understanding of the contracting landscape, including how policy, compliance, and procurement shape product decisions. You lead by example rather than authority, mentoring product staff, driving cross-team collaboration, and representing Bellese's product philosophy with clients and the broader civic tech community. Beyond contract delivery, you are a business leader — identifying opportunities for organic growth within your program, supporting company-wide business development initiatives, and partnering with senior Product leaders across the company to continuously elevate the product management practice.
The ideal candidate brings a rare blend of execution discipline, collaborative instinct, and civic purpose. You thrive in the ambiguity of consulting and bring a systems-thinking mindset to every challenge, finding opportunity in every engagement to challenge the status quo and leave things better than you found them. You are equally comfortable in executive conversations and cross-functional team workshops, with a proven ability to align stakeholders around a delivery plan and keep complex, multi-team programs on track, always with the user at the center. You bring at least 3 years of experience at the Staff level or equivalent and a strong command of turning strategy into shippable roadmaps and predictable delivery. This is a delivery-focused role: you execute against vision set by product leadership rather than setting horizon-three strategy yourself. Experience in the public sector, federal consulting, or a highly regulated industry is a strong plus, as is a background in digital healthcare technology and a passion for mentoring others. If you're driven to turn technology and policy strategy into real, working digital services, Bellese is the right place for you.
