The Opportunity
What You’ll Do
Manage & monitoring data all the data & report in the CRM system
- Support to input & monitoring data in the CRM system (Sales force.com, Connect, etc.)
- Help HCP target update process in the company
- To support train and coach the sales force team on the tools, procedures, processes, and system; related to sales force effectiveness
- Co-ordination with relevant departments for updating existing report, system upgradation, new user id Creation, HCP List update of sales team
- Drive effective use of sales & marketing resources aligned to the business strategy
Reporting and calculating Sales report & Non-Sales Report
- Align & build the report within deadline for sales report, incentive calculations, etc
- Develop and update non sales report (SFE KPI Ethical, CME, etc)
- Liaison with field-force and ensuring the compliance and analysis around any discrepancies
Managing the SFE department & collaborate with other commercial teams
- Responsible for planning, developing and delivering programs, for example sales force effectiveness training, on-the job-training or sales employee inductions
- Develop the people under SFE team (SFE officer, etc) to uplift their skills
- Collaborate with sales & marketing team to align with company objective for training, education and implementation of SFE KPIs or other sales & marketing KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in SFE Manager positions, from pharmaceutical / nutritional companie
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong experience in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), CRM management, and sales operations
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.com and other sales force automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales reporting, incentive calculations, KPI tracking, and data analysis
- Experience managing HCP targeting, territory alignment, and sales force performance monitoring
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or other reporting and analytics tools.
