  • Partner with Compliance teams to stay current on regulatory changes impacting digital and e-commerce content, and build necessary updates into standard content operations workflows

Vendor Management

  • Manage and scale relationships with external content and localization vendors, including LSPs and contractors

  • Establish vendor performance metrics (quality, turnaround time, cost efficiency) and conduct regular business reviews

  • Drive vendor optimization strategies, including consolidation, onboarding, and continuous improvement initiatives

Cross-Functional Content Lifecycle Ownership

  • Own the operational health of localized experiences across the full customer journey, from content creation through CMS publishing

  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Regional teams to embed content operations and localization requirements early in the development lifecycle

  • Identify and resolve operational or localization gaps impacting user experience or conversion
