About This Role:
As a Sr.HR Generalist, you will be the operational heartbeat of our People Team. Reporting directly to the Sr.Manager, HRBP, you will blend day-to-day tactical execution with strategic workforce planning to shape an exceptional employee experience. In this dynamic role, you will guide employees through every stage of their careerjourney—from onboarding and engagement to manager coaching and leave administration. You will serve as anaccessible cultural anchor for our team, ensuring our HR operations are seamless, compliant, and aligned with ourbroader mission.
What You'll Do:
Drive Workforce Strategy: Partner closely with People leadership to execute HR strategies and workforceplanning initiatives that support organizational growth and talent development.
Guide Employee Relations: Autonomously manage employee relations matters, conduct investigations,draft documentation, and coach managers on delivering constructive performance feedback.
Act as Leave Administration SME: Serve as the subject matter expert for leave-of-absence requests, managing vendor relationships, coordinating with payroll, and maintaining compliance across ADA, ACA,COBRA, and HIPAA.
Maintain HR Operations & Compliance: Conduct regular audits of HR records, draft routine employment documentation, manage unemployment claims, and ensure strict adherence to state and federal labor laws(including FLSA).
Ensure Payroll Continuity: Collaborate with our payroll team to support regulatory reporting and W-2preparation, maintaining the cross-training needed to provide backup coverage for essential payroll processing.
Champion Workplace Culture: Serve as an accessible People Team presence on site, driving engagement initiatives, coordinating team events, and answering day-to-day employee inquiries.
Optimize People Processes: Identify friction in our HR workflows and leverage technology and data to streamline operations for employees and managers alike.
Who You Are:
An Experienced HR Professional: You bring 5+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience, ideallyin a fast-paced, process-oriented, or regulated environment.
A Knowledgeable Compliance Resource: You hold a strong foundation in employment law (FLSA, ADA,FMLA, HIPAA) and possess a keen eye for detail when conducting HR audits.
An Empathetic Problem-Solver: You handle sensitive employee situations with fairness, discretion, and sound judgment, building trust at every level of the organization.
An Operational Multi-Tasker: You are highly organized and comfortable juggling HRIS data administration, event logistics, and leave audits without letting details slip.
A Skilled Manager Coach: You have a track record of helping leaders develop their management skills, guiding them through difficult conversations and performance plans with confidence.
A Collaborative Communicator: You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex HR processes in a clear, approachable way.

Onsite & Physical Requirements
This is an onsite position based in our local office and regular, in-person attendance is an essential function of the role. The position requires collaboration, participation in in-person meetings, access to office resources, and partnership with cross-functional teams.
This role is primarily performed in a professional office environment and involves computer-based work, including extended periods working at a computer, using standard office technology, and communicating through verbal, written, and digital channels.
