A Day in the Life:

JOB SUMMARY
Supporting the line manager to roll out the online marketing strategy for the organization through key digital platforms. This role will manage social media account operations across online touch-points, support integrated digital campaigns, and collaborate with internal and external partners to strengthen brand awareness, consumer engagement and business impact across online and offline retail channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support line manager on digital marketing strategy and plans through key digital platforms to drive brand awareness, consumer engagement and business growth.
• Execute and manage social media account operations across all online touch-points, ensuring consistent brand image, content quality and consumer experience.
• Support integrated digital marketing campaigns, including social content, influencer marketing, KOS Project, media partnership and paid digital initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and consumer insights, and provide data-driven recommendations to support marketing effectiveness and business results.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including CRM, E-commerce, Retail, PR and Creative to deliver integrated marketing initiatives and support commercial priorities.
• Stay acquainted with new social media platforms, digital partners and external agencies, implement new digital trends in developing daily content and digital and eCommerce marketing campaigns.
• Maintain effective communication with regional and global stakeholders to ensure alignment with brand guidelines, content standards and approval processes.

PROFILE
• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Digital Media or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience in digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, preferably in fashion, luxury, lifestyle or premium consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of China’s digital ecosystem and key social media platforms; solid experience in influencer / KOL / KOS marketing is preferred.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to read campaign performance, identify insights and translate learnings into clear action plans.
• Highly organized working style with strong ownership of project timelines, trackers, recaps, follow-ups and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, platforms and agencies.
• Mature agency management capability, including briefing, output evaluation, feedback, quality control and delivery follow-up.
• Excellent command of English and Mandarin.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, accountable and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-moving retail marketing environment.
