Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial Project Support & Commercial Policy Development
- Support commercial policy development by gathering business requirements, consolidating market and channel insights, and translating business needs into clear policy concepts and implementation considerations.
- Conduct data analysis to support commercial program design, including policy simulation, performance tracking, effective analysis etc.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication with cross function departments to support policy alignment, approval preparation, execution readiness, and follow-up actions.
2. PMO Support
- Drive innovative automation projects within Commercial Operations, including identifying process pain points, supporting solution design, coordinating user requirements, and facilitating implementation tracking.
- Provide PMO support for automation and digital enablement initiatives by coordinating timelines, stakeholders, status updates, issue follow-ups, and adoption monitoring to improve operational efficiency.
3. Contract Documentation & Execution
- Manage contract documentation workflows including drafting, reviewing, signature coordination, and timely archival.
- Ensure contract accuracy and compliance with internal policies and audit standards.
4. Contract System Maintenance
- Maintain and update relevant contract systems and databases to ensure data accuracy and contract traceability.
- Support troubleshooting and user access management related to contract systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Business Administration, Finance, Pharmaceutical Management, or related fields preferred.
- 1–3 years of relevant business experience is preferred, familiarity with commercial operation, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Native Chinese proficiency and basic English proficiency, with the ability to read and understand work-related documents and support simple written communication.
- Proficient in MS Office.
