The Creative Content Specialist is responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and executing compelling content that brings the brand to life across digital and offline platforms. This role blends creativity with strategy—turning business objectives into engaging stories that resonate with the target audience.

KRA 1: Content Creation & Strategy

• Develop original content ideas aligned with brand messaging and campaign objectives

• Write clear, engaging copy for social media, ads, websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials

• Translate complex ideas into simple, audience-friendly content

KRA 2: Content Production

• Conceptualize content formats such as reels, carousels, static posts, videos, and campaign narratives

• Capture content (photo/video) or oversee on-site production to ensure quality output

• Support patient engagement by providing suitable creative direction 

• Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and visual direction

KRA 3: Social & Digital Content

• Create platform-optimized content for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other channels

• Write captions and optimize content for each platform (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)

• Stay updated on content trends, formats, and best practices

• Support content calendars and campaign rollouts

KRA 4: Brand & Campaign Support

• Assist in developing brand campaigns, promos, and storytelling initiatives

• Adapt content for different audiences, markets, and objectives

• Help maintain brand guidelines across all content outputs

KRA 5: Performance & Optimization

• Review content performance and suggest improvements based on insights

• Optimize copy and creatives to improve engagement and conversion
