The Spa Therapist will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional wellness experience for guests, overseeing all spa services, and driving business growth. This role requires passion for luxury hospitality and a strong understanding of spa operations,

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily spa operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Develop innovative spa treatments and wellness programs that align with brand standards and guest expectations.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across the spa facilities.
• Drive revenue generation through strategic marketing initiatives and exceptional guest service.
• Address guest feedback promptly to ensure full satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless guest experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Spa Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing a luxury spa, preferably within international hotel chains.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and industry best practices.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
