Ihre Aufgaben:
Gestaltung von Menü- und Speisenkarten sowie Planung und Umsetzung von Buffets und Speiseplänen
Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Catering- und VIP-Veranstaltungen
Kalkulation von Buffets, Menüs und Speisen sowie Mitwirkung an wirtschaftlichen Küchenprozessen
Verantwortung für die Warenbeschaffung, Disposition und das Einholen von Angeboten
Erstellung von Dienst- und Urlaubsplänen sowie Koordination des Aushilfeneinsatzes in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Küchenchef
Fachliche Anleitung und Einarbeitung von Aushilfen und Auszubildenden
Verantwortung für den administrativen Bereich der Küche einschließlich allgemeiner Büroorganisation
Operative Unterstützung in der Küche bei Großveranstaltungen
Sicherstellung von Sauberkeit sowie Einhaltung der HACCP-Hygienevorschriften
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Koch/Köchin
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
- Teamgeist und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit
- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Kreativität und Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Erfahrung in Word und Excel
