As a Solutions Product Marketing Manager on the Product Marketing team in our Gurgaon Office, you'll play a vital role turning complex ad-tech products into clear, compelling stories that help sales teams win. Sitting at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales, you will own the collateral and messaging—pitch decks, one-pagers, and packaging materials—that speak directly to publishers, advertisers, and agencies and get deals across the line.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Product / Solutions Marketing Experience: 2+ years in product marketing, solutions marketing, or a closely related role (focusing on actual outcomes achieved).
• Sales Collateral Expertise: Demonstrated experience producing high-impact sales collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers, battle cards, case studies, or product packaging.
• Exceptional Communication: Exceptional written English—clear, concise, and persuasive, with the ability to translate complex product detail into customer-facing narratives.
• Design Literacy: A strong eye for design; able to produce clean, professional visual assets independently using tools like Canva, Figma, or Adobe Express.
• AI Fluency: Confident, practical fluency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalents) as part of daily workflow.
• Customer-Centric Storytelling: A natural storyteller who frames products around customer problems rather than feature lists.
• Sales Collaboration: Comfortable working closely with sales teams, understanding their needs, and closing collateral gaps quickly.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in a B2B or SaaS ad-tech environment.
• Experience working across multiple geographies.
• Exposure to product launches and go-to-market (GTM) planning.
• A portfolio showing writing and design samples (informal or formal).
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Notion, or basic analytics platforms.

How you'll make an impact:

• Own Collateral & Packaging: Build and maintain high-converting pitch decks, one-pagers, and packaging materials for publishers, advertisers, and agencies.
• Bridge Product, Marketing & Sales: Partner closely with sales teams to understand what messaging lands in the market and move fast to fill collateral gaps.
• Drive Strategic Positioning: Translate complex ad-tech functionality into clear, compelling buyer narratives that win deals.
• Leverage AI & Modern Design Tools: Integrate AI workflows and visual tools (Canva, Figma, Adobe Express) to create clean, professional visual assets independently.
