About the Team

Team comprises of engineers with wide range of Platform services technology skills & vast experience contributing to OS platforms modernization & Infrastructure automation.

Years of Experience

• 2 to 6 years of experience

Education Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, CIS, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field)

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows server environments.

• Deploy, configure, and manage RHEL, Ubuntu, Rocky Linux, and Windows servers in both virtual and physical environments.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance automation solutions using Python, Shell scripting, and Ansible.

• Manage source code repositories and infrastructure-as-code assets using version control systems.

• Monitor system performance, availability, security, and capacity planning activities.

• Support cloud-based infrastructure deployments and operations across GCP and Azure environments.

• Implement and manage server patching, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation activities.

• Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex infrastructure issues.

• Ensure compliance with organizational standards for availability, performance, and security.

Required Qualifications

• Technical Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Linux and Windows server administration and troubleshooting.

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in scripting and automation using:

• Python

• Shell Scripting

• Ansible

• Experience with source code management tools such as Git, GitHub

• 2+ years of experience deploying and managing:

• Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)

• Ubuntu

• Rocky Linux

• Windows Servers

• Experience managing both virtualized and physical server environments.

• 2+ years of cloud platform experience, preferably:

• Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Microsoft Azure

• Good understanding of virtualization technologies .

• Strong knowledge of open-source infrastructure and monitoring tools.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing Docker containers and containerized workloads.

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes platforms and container orchestration.

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

• Experience with infrastructure monitoring and observability tools.

• Good knowledge of virtualization technologies and open-source ecosystem tools.
