Job Title: Social Worker - Assessment Team

Pay Rate: £31.74 per hour

Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Workers for our client’s Assessment Team in North Tyneside. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive and dynamic environment, delivering high-quality assessments and interventions for children and families.You will play a key role in safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, working collaboratively with families and partner agencies to ensure positive outcomes.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Undertake statutory assessments in line with legislation and local authority procedures.
• Develop and implement effective care plans that place the child’s voice at the centre of decision-making.
• Work closely with families, carers, and multi-agency partners to provide holistic support.
• Maintain accurate and timely case records and reports in line with professional standards.
• Participate in regular supervision and reflective practice sessions.

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have, 

• Social Work England registration
• Qualified Social Worker (Degree or equivalent)
• Post-qualified experience in assessment and safeguarding
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Full UK driving licence
