Reimagine What’s Possible 

1.    Work closely with other technicians and engineers to take charge of the daily operation of the ASU/ONG/HPN including process adjustment, product quality control, trailer filling, routine equipment inspection, PM02 etc., ensure the plant run safely and efficiently, record daily production process data and report, and execute daily/monthly routine job. Responsible for ETON onsite QMAC system monitor.

与其他技术员及工程师紧密合作，负责工厂ASU/ONG/HPN的日常运营，包括工艺调整，产品质量的控制，槽车的充装以及例行设备巡查等以确保工厂安全及有效的运行，记录日常生产工艺参数数据及报告，执行日常/月度的例行工作，负责ETON工厂QMAC监控。

2.    Lead by production supervisor for plant Startup /Emergency Shutdown / emergency response, Trouble-shooting etc.

由生产主管带领进行工厂启动/紧急停机/应急响应操作，进行设备故障排除等工作。

3.    Assist maintenance Engineers to implement Preventive Maintenance.

协助维修工程师实施设备预防性维修。

4.    Assist production supervisor to manage the safety of contractor or visitors onsite.

协助生产主管管理现场承包商施工安全和访客的入厂安全。

5.    Participating or holding safety meetings and participating safety audits (including APSAM, SIP, BSP,5M, safety action training and so on)

组织并主持团队安全会议，参与现场安全核查。(包括APSAM、SIP、BSP、5M、安全行动培训等)

6.    Acting as a safety permit issuer to issue the Safety Permits, manage field safety /maintenance safety /construction safety etc.

签发安全工作许可证，管理现场维修和施工作业安全。

7.    Keep & Audit control room and other working area clean and easier accessibility.

检查现场办公和生产区域的卫生，及时清理 ，保证现场作业环境达标

8.    Have certain maintaining ability, timely complete some of the preventive maintenance task, MI work, troubleshooting and relevant equipment inspection independently, and then cooperating with engineers to finish major maintenance or TAR.

具有一定的维修能力，经培训后能独立完成部分预防性维修任务、设备机械完整性检查、故障排除及相关设备检查工作，在工厂停机检修期间能够配合工程师完成设备大修工作。

9.    Responsible for plant spare parts management including receiving, store, safety storage review and others transaction.

负责工厂备件管理，包括备件接收，入库，安全库存审查以及其他事务。

10.  Keep good communication and close cooperation with logistics, local operation team, OSC, Maintenance, OTS team, commercial team etc.

保持与运输部，运作部，OSC，维修，OTS，商务部门等的良好沟通及密切合作。

11.  Cooperate with Emergency Management Bureau for the safety inspection and related.

配合应急管理局进行安全检查及相关工作。

12.  Follow the job arrangement of the company, complete the other tasks assigned by the Plant Manager or Supervisor.

服从公司工作安排，完成工厂经理或主管委派的其它工作。

13.  Finish Energy Management System related documentation, analyzing and optimizing parameters to improve operational efficiency.

完成能源管理体系相关记录，分析并优化参数提高运行效率。

14.  24 hours on call for support plant EM response if need.

24小时手机开机待命，如有需要，支持工厂紧急响应。
