Security Senior Associate
Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and knowledgeable Security Senior Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing security measures to ensure the protection of company assets and data. Your expertise will play a critical role in maintaining our organization's security posture and responding to potential threats.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.
- Monitor security systems and respond to incidents in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure security protocols are integrated across the organization.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on security best practices and protocols.
- Prepare reports and documentation on security incidents and responses.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security-focused role.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with security risk assessment and management.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are desirable.
