What you’ll own
Production Support: Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve high-priority incidents in live environments to meet strict uptime SLA/SLO goals.
Application Support: Analyze application logs, trace performance bottlenecks, and optimize the reliability of core business services.
Database Management: Query, optimize, and debug relational databases using complex SQL scripts to maintain data integrity and speed.
Cloud Operations: Provision, scale, and manage infrastructure components across enterprise Cloud platforms using infrastructure-as-code.
Incident Automation: Post-mortem failure analysis to build self-healing tools and eliminate repetitive operational work

Production Experience: Proven track record of managing high-availability environments and handling on-call incident response.
System Diagnostics: Expert-level ability to triage complex multi-tier applications and perform root-cause analysis.
