Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
Generate and reconcile tickets for Raw Storing, Corrugated Storing, Finish Storing, Picking, Unitizing, Oiling, and Return Material (RMP).
Document and Label Generation.
First point of escalation for any SAP, rf gun, or other miscellaneous system issues.
First point of escalation for any material shortages, quality issues, or other issues that would prevent the picking, completion, or storage of jobs.
Process material transfers as required.
Lead miscellaneous filing associated with return materials, including order confirmation sheets and bills of lading.
Proactively develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve the efficiency of operations.

Qualifications:
Required:
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn multiple systems.
- Strong communication and organization skills
Experience:
Demonstrated knowledge and use of Microsoft Office.
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
2+ years of experience in a distribution center, warehouse and/or production floor.
SAP or similar ERP experience.
Scope factors:
Coordinates with plant operations by ensuring accurate documentation, system integrity, and material traceability.
Ability to work independently within established procedures to maintain high accuracy across production, inventory, and quality workflows.
Ability to work cross-functionally with production, quality, and warehouse personnel to resolve documentation discrepancies.
Ability to manager direct impact on inventory accuracy, compliance, label correctness, and audit readiness.
