Sanimax is looking to hire a Setup / SanEco & Sensor Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot tanks, sensors, pumps, and related equipment at customer locations. This hands-on field role combines mechanical troubleshooting, customer support, and technical problem-solving while ensuring our equipment operates safely and efficiently.

Schedule: 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM (flexible based on business needs)
Install & Service Customer Equipment
Install, replace, and maintain SanEco tanks and related equipment at customer locations.
Perform site assessments to ensure installations are completed safely and efficiently.
Verify proper operation of tanks, pumps, valves, plumbing systems, and related equipment.
Travel throughout the service territory while representing Sanimax professionally at customer sites.
Troubleshoot Sensors & Technical Equipment
Install, activate, and maintain oil level monitoring sensors.
Diagnose and resolve equipment, communication, and connectivity issues.
Perform field repairs on tanks, sensors, pumps, valves, hoses, and associated equipment.
Coordinate with technical support teams and vendors when advanced troubleshooting is required.
Support Customers & Transportation Operations
Act as the primary field contact for customers regarding equipment and sensor performance.
Educate customers on equipment use and best practices.
Assist drivers and transportation personnel with troubleshooting and operational concerns.
Support collection routes and special operational projects when needed.
What We're Looking For
Experience in mechanical, maintenance, installation, plumbing, electrical, field service, or related hands-on work.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, mobile devices, and basic software applications.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Class B CDL preferred or willingness to obtain one.
Able to lift up to 75 lbs., work outdoors in various weather conditions, and travel frequently to customer locations.
