IT Service Management (ITSM) is the art of providing assurance to organisations that the right people are doing the right thing at the right time for the right outcome regardless of the ask.

While AI is disrupting technology delivery at a great rate, ITSM remains people and organisation focussed. The future of ITSM will remain bright so long as people require IT Services.

Skills Required:

• Demonstrated interest in Information Technology and Service Management.

• Basic understanding of ITIL principles and IT Service Management processes.

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within a structured environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service.

• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Desirable skills:

• ITIL Foundation certification or willingness to obtain certification.

• Experience using ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management platforms.

• Exposure to service desk, infrastructure, or managed services environments.

• Experience producing reports and analysing service performance data.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Must be an Australian Citizen.

• Baseline Clerance is preferred OR eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance.

• Customer-focused with a strong service orientation.

• Eager to learn and develop professional capabilities.

• Analytical and process-oriented thinker.

• Self-motivated and dependable.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.

• Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
