About the role:
Providing first-level support for technology incidents, service requests, and enquiries.
Troubleshooting hardware, software, device, and connectivity issues.
Supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and Microsoft 365 applications.
Managing user accounts, password resets, access requests, VPNs, and multi-factor authentication.
Logging, prioritising, and resolving tickets in line with service levels.
Escalating complex issues to specialist teams with clear documentation.
Maintaining accurate records and contributing to support documentation and knowledge articles.
Assisting with meeting room technology and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
About you:
You're an aspiring IT professional with a strong customer service mindset, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to learn and grow your technical expertise.
You'll bring:
A qualification in Information Technology or relevant industry certifications.
Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
Understanding of hardware, mobile devices, peripherals, and basic networking concepts, including Wi-Fi and VPNs.
Experience with service desk or ticketing systems (desirable).
The ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and user-friendly way.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach.
