Drive customer satisfaction by delivering excellence in service job execution under consideration of resources (service specialists, spare parts, tools). Single point of contact for the customer during the execution of a service job. They schedule the job and are responsible for the content of quotes.

Your responsibility:

• Single Point for Customer - Builds and maintains sustainable relationship with customer. Manages customer requirements and customer enquiries. Ensures continuous communication.

• Coordination - Coordinates, plans, schedules, and oversees all Service jobs with necessary resources, spare parts and logistics for site.

• Customer Relation - Manages customer satisfaction by ensuring that Accelleron fulfils its contractual obligations and business requirements. Ensures the required quality is delivered, and the health, safety and environmental issues are competently managed. Reviews the scope of the work and ensures that all parties fulfil their contractual obligations, particularly in regard to claims and changes.

• Service Order Process - Manages the Service order process in a timely manner from quotation to invoicing and cash collection.

• Reporting & Documentation - Manages all required reporting and documentation. Ensures all necessary data has been registered in a timely manner in the system.

• One Accelleron - Cooperates and coordinates activities with other Accelleron units and teams to harmonize service activities and to maximize service sales at every opportunity.

Training Requirements

• Candidates without prior field engineering experience will be required to undergo a structured on-site field training program lasting approximately 6 months.

Your Background

• Relevant diploma holder, preferably in marine/mechanical engineering.

• Relevant experience in a coordination role with direct interface with customers, ideally in service or maintenance.

• At least 2 years of experience in the marine field, working as a service engineer preferred.

• Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate service schedules and ensure timely completion of maintenance and repairs.

• Strong communication skills for coordinating between customers, service teams, and vendors.

• Customer-focused approach, with the ability to resolve conflicts, clarify requirements, and ensure client satisfaction.

• Flexibility and willingness to solve issues outside regular hours due to the nature of service work scheduling.

• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems will be a plus

• Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach.

• Proficiency in English and, Mandarin are required.
