THE WORK:

• Lead the architecture and delivery of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions.
• Design and implement HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and employee experience solutions.
• Work closely with HR stakeholders to define future-state processes and digital transformation initiatives.
• Drive integration of ServiceNow HRSD with HR platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Lead workshops, gather business requirements, and provide strategic solution recommendations.
• Ensure solution quality, scalability, security, and alignment with ServiceNow best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office, depending on specific project circumstances. With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities. HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, including extensive expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Strong hands-on experience with HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR Agent Workspace.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow ITSM and common employee-facing service management processes.
• Proven experience architecting and delivering enterprise-scale HRSD implementations.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow HRSD with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar HR platforms.
• Ability to lead solution design, architecture workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, employee experience, and data privacy requirements.
• Professional English and Polish communication skills enabling effective collaboration in international environments.
