Position summary:
Single technical lead across all three towers. Major-incident commander, owner of operational quality, detection engineering strategy and the customer service-review cadence.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Command P1 major incidents across security and infrastructure end to end.
- Own the detection engineering roadmap and use-case lifecycle in Exaforce; set the threat-hunting cadence.
- Chair change advisory for the network estate, aligned with Apstra intent-based design.
- Own SLAs/KPIs and lead monthly service reviews with the customer.
- Oversee capacity and tuning: log volumes against the 350 GB/day license, EPS trending, Fleak reduction opportunities.
- Act as escalation interface to customer engineering and vendors; approve runbook and authority matrix changes.
- Develop team capability: certification plan, cross-training matrix, shift-quality audits.
Mandatory Qualifications:
- BE/BTech (CS/IT/E&TC) or equivalent.
- 10–14 years, including 3+ years leading 24×7 operations (SOC and/or NOC).
- Incident command track record on P1s with executive-visible outcomes.
- Architecture-level grasp of SIEM pipelines, GCP, and data-center networking.
- Customer-facing gravitas; crisp written reporting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ITIL Expert or PMP; GCTI/GNFA-level depth.
- GPU/HPC or hyperscale data-center operations experience; presales/solutioning exposure.
