We're hiring a senior Sales Operations professional to be the right hand to our Head of Revenue Operations and a force multiplier for the entire GTM organisation. This role combines the analytical depth of a Sales Ops Analyst with the ownership and scope of an Ops Manager - turning raw data into decisions and owning the systems, processes and forecasts behind our go-to-market engine.
Brevo's sales motion is high-velocity and multi-BU, so we need someone who cuts through complexity, questions existing process, and builds what's missing - hands-on-keyboard from day one (SQL, dashboards, systems config).
Your impact at Brevo:
Analytics & reporting - Build and automate dashboards in Omni (pipeline, conversion, win rate, quota attainment); handle ad-hoc leadership requests and surface trends proactively.
Forecasting & pipeline - Own the forecast cadence, including the weekly Gong "Most Likely" pull, reconciled against CRM. Support MPR/QBR reporting for leadership, GM, CEO and CFO.
Planning & territory design - Drive quota-setting, territory/coverage analysis and headcount modeling; partner with Finance on commission structure design.
Data quality & systems - Own CRM hygiene; partner with Revenue Systems on the sales tech stack (CRM, Gong, Qobra); turn recurring fire drills into durable infrastructure.
Strategic projects - Support GTM strategy, segmentation and ICP work; identify efficiency opportunities; use AI to speed up insight cycles.
Who you are:
5+ years in Sales Ops, RevOps, BI, Data Analytics or Consulting, mostly in B2B SaaS
Strong SQL, advanced Excel/Sheets, and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase, Omni or similar)
CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar), including data quality and workflow
Track record owning forecasting, territory/quota design, and pipeline analysis
Fluent English
Blends analyst rigor with operator ownership - equally comfortable in the data and in the room with sales leadership
First-principles thinker: forms a hypothesis, tests it, updates fast
Direct communicator and trusted advisor who translates data into clear narratives for execs
Genuinely hands-on-keyboard, with growing fluency in using AI to work faster
Empathetic to sellers - willing to shadow reps to understand real problems
Nice to have: Gong/Outreach/Salesloft, Qobra/CaptivateIQ/Xactly, Python/R, stats/data-science background, multi-BU experience
