ABOUT THE ROLE: Enablement Business Partner
The Senior Enablement Business Partner is a senior, strategic enablement partner embedded within Aviatrix's Go-to-Market organization. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to Sales, Solutions Engineering, Channel/Partner, and Customer Success leadership — diagnosing performance gaps, translating business priorities into targeted enablement strategies, and designing the programs, frameworks, and operating rhythms that connect GTM teams and drive revenue outcomes.
Aviatrix is a small but mighty team, and this role reflects that. You will wear many hats — from designing onboarding programs and sales plays to coaching managers, analysing pipeline data, and enabling our growing partner ecosystem. You'll need expertise in enablement or GTM operations, combined with the ability to build from scratch and execute hands-on. The ideal candidate is a seasoned enablement practitioner who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and can move fluidly between strategic planning and hands-on execution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
GTM Partnership & Field Alignment
- Serve as the primary Senior Enablement Business Partner to all GTM leadership teams: Sales, Solutions Engineering, Channel/Partners, and Customer Success, aligning enablement strategies with revenue objectives and business priorities.
- Build trusted relationships with frontline managers by participating in forecast calls, pipeline reviews, QBRs, and sales operating rhythms to identify performance trends and enablement opportunities.
- Act as the voice of the field within Enablement, surfacing emerging business needs, competitive dynamics, and market trends to ensure enablement investments map to business outcomes. Serve as an internal subject matter expert on enablement best practices, bringing outside-in perspective from industry trends and prior experience to elevate the function.
Performance Analysis & Gap Identification
- Analyse sales execution using pipeline data, CRM analytics, manager feedback, and field observations to identify performance gaps and recommend targeted solutions.
- Monitor adoption and effectiveness of enablement programs by evaluating seller readiness, methodology adherence, pipeline quality, and win/loss patterns; provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Enablement Design & Delivery
- Translate business priorities and field insights into enablement strategies - including learning programs, sales plays, competitive battle cards, and reinforcement initiatives - in collaboration with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and other cross-functional partners.
- Design and deliver onboarding programs that accelerate time-to-productivity for new hires across all GTM roles.
- Design coaching frameworks for frontline managers that reinforce sales methodology (MEDDPICC), product messaging, discovery techniques, and demo best practices. Define what good looks like and build repeatable systems that scale coaching beyond 1:1 interactions.
Channel & Partner Enablement
- Own the enablement strategy for Aviatrix's Channel Partner ecosystem, ensuring partners have the training, certifications, tools, and sales plays to effectively position and sell Aviatrix solutions.
- Collaborate with Channel leadership to develop partner onboarding, certification readiness, and co-selling enablement motions.
- Scale enablement content and programs for partner consumption, adapting internal materials for external audiences without compromising messaging integrity.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 4 years focused on revenue or sales enablement.
- Track record of serving as a trusted advisor to sales and GTM leadership, with demonstrated impact on execution and performance across multiple functions.
- Demonstrated experience enabling channel partners or indirect sales motions.
- Expertise in enterprise sales processes, pipeline management, and structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC, SPIN, Challenger), with a track record of translating methodology into enablement programs that measurably improve seller performance.
- Experience leveraging CRM data (Salesforce) and sales analytics to identify trends and inform enablement strategies.
- Proven ability to advise and influence senior GTM leaders, build cross-functional alignment, and drive outcomes across teams without direct authority.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience in cloud networking, cybersecurity, or infrastructure software.
- Familiarity with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and the buyer personas in cloud / security.
- Experience supporting or scaling technical certification or training programs for partners.
- Background in instructional design or adult learning principles.
