About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with German language proficiency at C1 level or higher to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for sales, senior, and executive-level positions across Germany and other European markets.

As a trusted talent advisor, you will partner closely with hiring managers, HR, and business leaders to identify, attract, and secure high-caliber talent. You will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and market mapping through candidate management and selection to offer acceptance.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for mid-senior, senior, and executive-level positions.
•    Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
•    Proactively source and engage passive candidates using a variety of channels and innovative sourcing techniques.
•    Conduct candidate screening and competency-based interviews.
•    Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
•    Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and hiring recommendations to stakeholders.
•    Drive an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
•    Coordinate and manage offer negotiations through to successful offer acceptance.
•    Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and recruitment best practices.
•    Collaborate with recruitment colleagues across multiple countries and business functions.
•    Support continuous improvement initiatives and adoption of recruitment technologies and AI-enabled solutions.

Required Qualifications:
•    5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within an international corporate environment, RPO, or recruitment agency.
•    Proven experience recruiting for complex, niche, senior-level, or executive positions.
•    German language proficiency at C1 level or higher.
•    Strong English communication skills.
•    Demonstrated expertise in direct sourcing and candidate engagement.
•    Ability to influence and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
•    Strong organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
•    Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and market trends.

Preferred Qualifications:
•    Experience recruiting across multiple European countries.
•    Knowledge of technology, IT services, consulting, or digital transformation hiring.
•    Experience using modern ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and AI-powered recruitment solutions.
