DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

We are looking for a responsible, detail-minded, and self-motivated Senior Operations Officer to support our sales operations and order management processes.

As the Senior Operations Officer, you will:

• Manage end-to-end sales order processing and administration activities.
• Ensure accurate order entry, verification, and maintenance in the Netsuite system.
• Monitor order status and proactively resolve operational issues or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and vendors to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Handle customer inquiries related to order status, shipment schedules, and administrative matters.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
• Support process improvements and assist in the implementation of new systems and tools.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Senior Operations Officer :

• Tertiary education
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales administration, order operations, customer service, or related fields.
• Strong sense of responsibility, accountability, and ownership.
• Detail-minded with excellent organizational skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Experience with Netsuite / SAP system is a plus.
• Willing and able to learn new systems, applications, and digital tools.
• Good command of both written and spoken English
