KEY ACCOUNTABILITES

• Support the Head of Life Partnership in driving Vietnam Life flows by preparing sales materials, campaign analysis, business performance reports and opportunity pipelines for key partners.
• Prepare and deliver regular updates to clients and partners on economic and market developments, fund and investment performance, and overall investor trends to support client engagement and business growth.
• Conduct market intelligence, competitor and product research, maintain relevant databases, and develop monthly, quarterly and ad hoc presentation materials on market outlook, portfolio performance and investment insights.
• Support the line manager in responding to client and partner queries, co-ordinate follow-up actions after update sessions, and ensure timely resolution of issues raised by sales teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor service quality and client feedback, support execution of NPS improvement actions, and work with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction for Life clients.
• Co-ordinate and track the delivery of key initiatives, including Wealth Strategy and Goal-Based Retirement Solution, by monitoring timelines, consolidating updates and escalating issues where necessary to ensure effective execution.
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, Investment, Operations and partner teams to execute client engagement initiatives, prepare management reports and KPI dashboards, and identify actions to improve sales momentum and client experience.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

• Relevant experience in asset management, wealth management, bancassurance, insurance partnership, investment advisory or client servicing roles with exposure to Life partners or financial institutions.
• Solid understanding of financial markets, macroeconomic developments, investment products and fund performance reporting.
• Experience in preparing and delivering client or partner presentations, business reviews and market update materials.
• Experience in project co-ordination, initiative tracking and cross-functional stakeholder management is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a major in Finance.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
