We're looking for a procurement leader to transform a US$250M+ indirect spend portfolio across 13 countries and 11 manufacturing sites in APAC.

What you will do:

• Lead indirect procurement strategy across APAC.

• Drive value creation, standardization, supplier consolidation, and procurement governance.

• Partner with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance leaders across the region.

• Lead and develop a team of 5+ procurement professionals.

• Drive adoption of regional strategies and ensure execution across sites and countries.

• Ownership of business outcomes, not just sourcing activities.

You are well suited for the role if you:

• Can influence senior stakeholders without relying on authority.
