The Senior Manager B2B Payment Development, USA role

In this role, you will report to the Head of Global Mobility Services & Payment and be part of our Global Digital team, working closely with key stakeholders across the organization. Together with our team of experts, you will play an instrumental role in securing professional payment services for our commercial customers in USA.

We are looking for a candidate that enjoys working with in the intersection between business needs and technology, addressing the end-to-end value chain for payment. The role requires cross functional management both within USA and globally.

Key responsibilities

Operationalize and execute on Circle K`s strategy for B2B payment development in USA:

• Define and execute on B2B payment development roadmap for USA, covering Circle K branded B2B payment solutions and payment channel customer value propositions.
  • Define opportunities, cost/ benefits and business case
  • Define business requirements
  • Oversee technical development
  • Align go-to-market activities and secure benefit realization
• Manage relevant partners for our proprietary fuel and fleet card propositions, from long-term strategy execution to weekly operational needs.
• Supported by our technology and payment operations team, secure high performance B2B proprietary payment services end-to-end, in line with customers’ expectations and our growth ambitions.
  • Ensure fully operationalized solutions and aligned go to market activities
  • Ensure ways of working as one team, end-to-end
• Be a strong stakeholder and contributor to the US B2B commercial teams and local business units related to B2B payment.
• Manage senior leadership stakeholders and other internal and external key interfaces.

Previous experience

• Relevant experience from payment, fuel and/ or fleet card industry in USA.
• Experience with business development, P&L and/or operational responsibilities is preferred.
• Experience from continuous improvement, operational transformations or change management.
• Experience in managing multi-stakeholder environments.

Education profile

• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree (business administration, tech, economics, sales/marketing, etc.) or demonstrated results with relevant experience.
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
• Proficient in management presentation

Expected Work Location

We are looking for a candidate at one of our Circle K locations in USA, preferable in Charlotte, NC. Travel may be required in periods.
