Join a hands-on maintenance team responsible for supporting facility operations, manufacturing readiness, and business growth. This role performs a wide range of facilities, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and preventative maintenance activities to ensure equipment, systems, and building infrastructure operate safely and efficiently.
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Perform facility-wide repairs, installations, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep activities.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems including outlets, fixtures, switches, circuits, PLCs, and CNC equipment.
Repair and install plumbing systems including faucets, drains, toilets, and compressed air lines.
Work with copper, PVC/CPVC, and PEX piping systems.
Conduct preventative maintenance on conveyors, pallet jacks, compactors, automated equipment, motors, and pneumatic systems.
Complete carpentry projects including framing, drywall repair, door and window installation or adjustment.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize production downtime.
Analyze recurring equipment failures and recommend maintenance improvements.
Support general facility needs including painting, signage installation, janitorial support, and seasonal maintenance.
What are the requirements needed for this position?
High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of three years of professional trade or military experience, with prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical, and/or plumbing trades.
Ability to read and work from diagrams, sketches, manuals, and engineering specifications.
Knowledge of relay logic, ladder diagrams, motors, sensors, relays, drives, timers, solenoids, and related controls equipment.
Experience with PLC and CNC troubleshooting.
Understanding of electrical safety practices including Lock, Tag, Try (LTT), arc-flash prevention, and safe tool usage.
Experience performing preventative maintenance and equipment troubleshooting.
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to assemble racks, carts, benches, and related equipment.
Ability to prioritize work, manage schedules, and work independently with limited supervision.
Ability to make sound decisions during equipment failures or emergency situations.
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance, root cause failure analysis (RCFA), or failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA).
Experience running power lines, wiring motors, panels, transformers, and industrial equipment.
Pay Range:
$27.08 - $45.22Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
