Why This Role Exists
We’re looking for a Senior Designer who can lead visual execution while thinking systemically about brand, consistency, and scale.
This role is for a designer who doesn’t just “make things look good”, but understands how design decisions ripple across products, platforms, and teams. You’ll help shape client-facing work and internal Radiance assets while contributing to the evolution of The Source® as a living design system.
You’ll work closely with founders, strategy, and product to translate high-level direction into clear, elegant, production-ready design—without needing heavy oversight.
In addition to hands-on design execution, you’ll partner closely with the Creative Manager to help resource projects effectively, align team allocation against evolving priorities, and create clarity across workflows so designers understand objectives, responsibilities, and production expectations throughout the lifecycle of a project.
What You’ll Do
Lead design execution across brand, web, decks, social, and paid media
Build and maintain scalable brand systems, style guides, and component libraries in Figma
Translate creative direction and strategy into polished, production-ready assets
Support web design with wireframes and layouts (Webflow build skills a plus, not required)
Create internal Radiance marketing assets including case studies, decks, and visual narratives
Ensure consistency, quality, and organization of assets within The Source®
Participate in critiques, concept development, and collaborative reviews
Balance speed and craft—shipping excellent work without over-polish
What You Bring
3–5+ years of professional design experience (agency, in-house, or freelance)
Advanced Figma fluency (components, responsive systems, prototyping)
Strong foundation in typography, layout, color, and digital-first design
Ability to translate brand strategy into clean, compelling visual systems
Highly organized, deadline-driven, and proactive
Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating cross-functionally
Fluency with AI-assisted design workflows (Midjourney or similar)
Bonus Points
Experience with Webflow, Framer, or motion design
Familiarity with Canva, Notion, or system-based design ops
Experience working inside brand systems or creative platforms
Interest in how AI and automation can enhance—not replace—design craft
