Role Overview
We are looking for experienced pharmacists to support the training and evaluation of advanced AI systems. The role focuses on creating and reviewing realistic clinical pharmacy scenarios that test AI capabilities in pharmacotherapy, dosing, drug interactions, medication reconciliation, and patient safety.
This opportunity is best suited to pharmacists with recent professional experience in hospital, clinical, or retail pharmacy environments who are comfortable reviewing complex medication regimens and applying evidence-based pharmacy standards.
CONTRACT: Short-term contractor assignment, 9 weeks
COMMITMENT: At least 4 hours per day and up to 40 hours per week, including 4 hours of PST overlap

NOTES: Candidates must hold an active professional pharmacy license and a PharmD or regionally equivalent pharmacy qualification.
Responsibilities
- Create expert-level clinical pharmacy tasks based on realistic patient and medication scenarios.
- Develop gold-standard solutions covering pharmacotherapy, dosing, drug interactions, and medication safety.
- Author cases involving patient chart review, medication reconciliation, adverse reactions, and therapeutic recommendations.
- Review AI-generated outputs for clinical accuracy, safety, completeness, and practical relevance.
- Evaluate renal and hepatic dosing adjustments, therapeutic drug monitoring, and multi-drug regimens.
- Identify drug-related problems, contraindications, interactions, and inappropriate medication use.
- Verify that lab values, medication profiles, and clinical scenarios are realistic and medically sound.
- Apply established evaluation rubrics and grading standards consistently.
- Incorporate calibration feedback and refine task designs as required.
- Maintain consistent quality across assigned deliverables and project milestones.
Requirements
- Approximately 8–15 years of active professional pharmacy experience in clinical, hospital, or specialty pharmacy settings.
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or a regionally equivalent professional pharmacy qualification.
- Active professional pharmacist license in the candidate’s practicing jurisdiction.
- Expert knowledge of clinical pharmacotherapy and complex medication management.
- Strong experience reviewing drug-drug and drug-disease interactions.
- Hands-on experience with patient-specific dosing adjustments, including renal or hepatic impairment.
