About You:
We're seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to support our top producing brokers, focusing on client relationship management, transaction coordination, and marketing content creation. You are exceptionally detail-oriented, skilled in project coordination, and passionate about commercial real estate.

In this role, you will…
Assist in managing the transaction process from start to finish, including the preparation of marketing materials, aerial mapping, client coordination, market data and research, and management of various databases.
Create property marketing materials including flyers, brochures, email campaigns, social media content, and listing presentations.
Prepare and distribute broker email campaigns and marketing announcements.
Coordinate and edit photography, drone shoots, site plans, and other marketing assets.
Create and format proposals, presentations and aerials using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Manage team workflow and delivery deadlines for materials both internally to team members and externally to clients.
Assist with prospecting by researching expanding retailers, preparing target lists, and coordinating outreach campaigns.
Occasionally schedule travel for brokers including hotels and airfare.
Partner with the team on various analytical work related to the company’s existing pipeline and deal flow.
Manage the team’s CRM, ensuring client, prospect, and tenant information is accurate and current.
Maintain and update listings across Colliers, LoopNet/CoStar, Crexi, and other marketing platforms.
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications Real Estate, Finance, or related discipline.
Valid real estate license in the state of Florida.
4 years of work experience in real state, marketing, finance, capital markets, or related industry.
Experience using AI productivity tools (such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms)
Intermediate proficiency with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, writing, and communication skills with ability to communicate analytical and marketing data effectively.
