As Brand Operations Coordinator, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives across brand campaigns, communications, sponsorships, PR, social media, and internal communications.

You will serve as a key connector for the Brand & Communications team by managing marketing intake, maintaining visibility into priorities and timelines, supporting annual planning resources, and helping to ensure the consistent execution of the Gas South brand across marketing initiatives.
This role offers broad exposure to brand strategy and planning, marketing operations, brand governance, workflow management, presentation development, and cross-functional collaboration.
Additional Responsibilities
- Marketing Operations & Project Leadership: Manage the marketing intake process, ensuring requests include clear objectives, deliverables, audiences, timelines, and business outcomes. Ensure deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule. Maintain visibility into project priorities, timelines, and workload while helping to coordinate resources across Marketing team. Serve as key point of contact between marketing team and business stakeholders. Maintain the integrated marketing calendar and annual planning resources across campaigns, sponsorships, social media, PR, customer communications, and internal communications. Support annual and campaign planning meetings, milestone reviews, quarterly business updates, and cross-functional coordination. Document marketing processes, ways of working, reusable prompts, templates, and best practices that increase team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Presentation Development & Marketing Support: Develop presentations for leadership meetings, annual planning, campaign reviews, executive communications, and stakeholder updates. Translate data, insights, and strategic concepts into clear visual narratives and business materials. Maintain branded presentation templates, standards, and reusable marketing resources. Support execution across campaigns, communications, sponsorships, events, PR, and social media programs.
- Brand Stewardship & Marketing Support: Maintain brand assets, templates, approved messaging, and shared marketing libraries. Support brand standards and consistency across marketing materials. Participate in brand reviews and assist with campaign development and marketing planning. Support brand-related projects and coordinate and manage marketing initiatives as needed.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Graphic Design, or related field required.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, design, operations, or a related field.
Preferred Experience
- Strong organizational, project coordination, presentation development, and follow-through skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
- Comfort using project management, workflow, presentation, and collaboration tools.
- Experience supporting marketing, communications, social media, brand, or cross-functional initiatives preferred.

Physical Requirements
- Sitting: Ability to sit for extended periods at a desk or workstation while performing computer-based tasks, conducting meetings, and collaborating with colleagues.
- Standing and Walking: Ability to stand and walk within the office environment, such as when attending meetings, interacting with colleagues or external stakeholders, or visiting different departments.
- Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry material, files, or equipment weighing up to 20 pounds, such as when organizing documents or setting up for meetings.
Pay range is commensurate with education, experience, specialized skills or certifications, etc.
