This role plays a critical part in shaping analytics strategy and advancing analytics maturity for Unite Us customers — without formal people management responsibilities.

What You'll Do:

Analytics Consulting & Customer Partnership

  • Serve as the primary analytics consultant for selected, priority customers, guiding them in leveraging Unite Us’ analytics and predictive capabilities to achieve measurable business outcomes
  • Partner closely with Account Executives and Customer Success leaders to align analytics goals, define success criteria, and embed measurable outcomes into customer Joint Success Plans.
  • Lead the development and execution of customer-specific analytics strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational priorities.
  • Shape program design and evaluation approaches for priority customers to ensure interventions are measurable, methodologically sound, and aligned to targeted business and policy outcomes.
  • Gather and translate business requirements for custom data solutions, including custom predictive models, ensuring objectives are clear, feasible, and value-driven.
  • Act as a senior analytics consultant for predictive analytics customers, supporting implementation, adoption, and long-term engagement to ensure sustained value realization.
  • Serve as a predictive analytics subject matter expert in customer engagements, translating model outputs and complex data science concepts into clear, actionable insights.
  • Evaluate customer data readiness and communicate modeling requirements and constraints to Data Science teams, ensuring deliverables are interpretable, transparent, and business-relevant.
  • Lead executive- and customer-facing discussions that translate complex analytical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations while effectively navigating diverse stakeholder perspectives and organizational priorities.
  • Advise customers on analytics best practices, data interpretation, visualization, and embedding analytics into day-to-day workflows to advance analytics maturity.
  • Identify risks, barriers, and emerging customer needs, escalating to leadership when appropriate

Strategic Influence & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as an escalation point for complex analytics and predictive modeling customer needs.
  • Support cross-functional initiatives (e.g., Platform Integrated Product Team), contributing perspective on data standards, customer success metrics, and analytics readiness.
  • Track analytics adoption and impact across assigned customers, identifying opportunities for deeper engagement and expanded use of analytics capabilities.
  • Contribute to the development of analytics best practices, frameworks, and reusable approaches that scale customer impact across the organization.

Thought Leadership & Practice Development

  • Contribute to internal enablement by sharing learnings, use cases, and best practices related to predictive analytics and advanced analytics delivery.
  • Informally mentor and support other analysts and consultants through knowledge sharing, feedback, and collaboration (without direct people management).

You’re a great fit for this role if:

  • 3+ years of experience working with social care, population health, or other SDoH datasets.
  • Practical experience in public health, Medicaid policy, and/or healthcare delivery, applying data and analytics to inform program strategy, measurement, and outcomes.
  • Preferred experience working with Medical & Rx Claims datasets and medical economics analyses
  • Demonstrated success in customer-facing roles involving strategic solution implementation and long-term customer partnership.
  • Strong background in predictive modeling, machine learning, or advanced statistical methods.

  • Proven ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to executive and non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated executive presence and experience facilitating discussions with senior leaders, effectively navigating competing priorities and communicating complex analytical concepts with clarity and confidence.
  • Experience using AI-assisted tools to enhance analytics workflows, including validating analytical outputs, troubleshooting issues, and improving the efficiency and quality of data analyses.
  • Familiarity with enterprise software environments (e.g., Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, HubSpot, Asana, Jira, Microsoft Excel)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, Health Policy, or a related field with a strong quantitative/analytics focus required.
  • Advanced degree (Master’s or higher) preferred.
