Outsourcing Senior Analyst
We are looking for an Outsourcing Senior Analyst to join our Enterprise Risk and Resilience team. This role supports execution of the outsourcing framework, conducting risk assessments, monitoring vendors, tracking KPIs, maintaining governance documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work with regulatory frameworks (EBA, CBI, FCA, MAS, RBI) in a heavily regulated financial services environment.
Role Purpose
The Outsourcing Senior Analyst supports the execution of the outsourcing framework. This role is responsible for conducting risk assessments, tracking KPIs, maintaining documentation, creating reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
Outsourcing (Core Responsibilities)
Outsourcing Execution & Monitoring
- Conduct ongoing risk assessments of outsourcing providers
- Monitor outsourcing arrangements to identify compliance gaps and risks
- Track, analyze, and report KPIs related to outsourcing performance
- Update periodically the Outsourcing register
- Support incident tracking and resolution by gathering and analyzing relevant data
- Maintain accurate and complete records of outsourcing activities
Risk & Regulatory Activities
- Perform regulatory mapping exercises and document applicable requirements
- Support implementation of regulatory changes into outsourcing frameworks
- Identify control gaps and assist in developing remediation actions
- Prepare risk reports, summaries, and dashboards for internal stakeholders
- Support regulatory submissions and supervisory interactions as needed
- Undertake additional tasks and contribute to wider Enterprise Risk & Resilience initiatives as required
Documentation & Governance
- Draft, update, and maintain:
- Policies
- Procedures
- Standards
- Governance documentation
- Outsourcing registers
- Ensure documentation remains aligned with regulatory expectations and internal frameworks
- Support audit and regulatory review processes by providing required documentation
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reporting on outsourcing risks and performance
- Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Contribute to management reporting and presentations
Requirements
1. 3–5 years of experience in risk, TPRM, compliance, outsourcing, or regulatory roles.
2. Strong analytical and organizational skills
3. Experience in:
- Risk assessments
- KPI/KRI tracking
- Policy and procedure documentation
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
5. Experience with GRC platforms and data visualization tools
6. Familiarity with financial services regulations and regulatory requirements
7. Strong attention to detail and execution focus
8. Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
9. Preferred: Mandarin language skills
