Prospecting net new GPs and LPs to Hiive by conducting a high volume of outbound email and cold calling.
Owning the fund secondary transfer process from start to finish to generate liquidity for LPs and GPs, including fund diligence, sourcing potential buyers, and executing the transfer.
Preparing external-facing materials, including pitch decks and partnership proposals.
Tracking and maintaining the deal pipeline and CRM, keeping deal status, contact history, and next steps current.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize ruthlessly while managing multiple client relationships and transaction workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort operating in an early-stage, high-ambiguity environment.

Preferred skills:
Exposure to the formation, diligence, and administration of SPVs in VC-backed companies.
