Join us as Senior Account Director in our Sydney office, where we have big ambitions for the future of DC. To do that we need people passionate to grow client partnerships, create exceptional work and make a real impact.

This is an opportunity to take ownership of an automotive client and play a key role in shaping its future growth. You’ll be the commercial and operational engine of the account, building trusted relationships, driving strategic conversations, leading integrated campaigns, and ensuring every project is delivered with excellence. We're looking for a confident, hands-on leader who combines strong commercial acumen with strategic thinking and brings a point of view to the conversation.

Core responsibilities:

• Lead on a major automotive client, acting as the trusted senior partner across campaign delivery, strategic planning, commercial management and stakeholder engagement.

• Own project scope, timelines, estimates, forecasting and financial performance, ensuring work is delivered efficiently, profitably and to the highest standard.

• Partner with strategy, creative and production teams to develop and deliver integrated brand campaigns, model launches and marketing initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes.

• Build strong senior client relationships by providing proactive recommendations, commercial guidance and strategic counsel that earns trust and unlocks growth opportunities.

• Mentor and develop 1 direct report while bringing structure, accountability and operational excellence to the wider team.

A bit about you:

• Proven account management experience within a creative, integrated or advertising agency.

• Strong commercial and operational expertise, with a track record managing project delivery, forecasting, scoping, financials and client growth opportunities.

• A confident, proactive operator who brings perspective, challenges constructively, takes ownership and can comfortably lead senior client conversations independently.

• Experience working across brand campaigns, strategic communications, video, digital, social and integrated marketing programs, with an understanding of how creative work drives business results.

• A natural leader and mentor who is hungry for success; accountable, commercially minded and passionate about building trusted client relationships and developing those around them.
