- Configure and maintain Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll modules.
- Implement and support Talent Management modules:
- Performance & Goals
- Succession & Development
- Recruiting
- Learning Management System (LMS)
- Compensation
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Manage system upgrades, releases, and testing cycles.
- Provide end-user training and support.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Develop and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs.
- Excellent understanding of the business process.
- Excellent project and/or program management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good creativity and the ability to work with abstract concepts.
- Extensive knowledge of systems, software and programing languages.
- Ability to focus on detail with an understanding of how it impacts the business strategically.
- Excellent client service orientation.
- Ability to establish and manage processes and practices through collaboration and the understanding of business.
- Ability to manage urgent and complex tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- SAP SuccessFactors certifications in relevant modules
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Proven expertise in Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll.
- Strong functional knowledge of Talent modules.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations (e.g., SAP CPI, API, middleware).
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) preferred.
