As a SAP RAR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their SAP Customer Relationship Management processes. You will analyze client requirements, implement CRM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP CRM applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve strategic objectives.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will utilize your expertise in SAP RAR module implementation, configuration, and integration with SAP SD and BRIM modules, driving impactful solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and integration of SAP CRM solutions to optimize client relationship management processes
- Analyzing client requirements and designing tailored SAP RAR solutions to meet strategic objectives
- Managing end-to-end project lifecycles, including requirement gathering, blue printing, and functional testing
- Configuring SAP RAR modules and integrating them with SAP SD and BRIM for seamless data migration
- Developing and executing testing plans and scripts to validate system functionality and performance
- Overseeing the setup of Revenue Accounting Items and maintaining decision tables within BRF+ applications
- Providing training and support to clients for effective utilization of SAP CRM applications
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement
- Utilizing analytical thinking to extract insights from industry trends and inform strategic planning
- Reviewing project deliverables for quality and relevance, confirming alignment with client needs

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Customer or S/4HANA customer-facing solutions, including Sales, Service, Commerce, or Customer Data platforms
- Demonstrating experience with SAP RAR module implementations
- Configuring and integrating SAP RAR with SAP SD and BRIM
- Designing source data extraction and transformation for SAP RAR
- Developing testing plans and test scripts for SAP solutions
- Understanding IFRS 15 Revenue SSP Allocation regulations
- Managing Revenue Recognition model setup for various fulfillment events
