As a SAP PS-Senior Manager, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration. Within our Advisory practice, you will enable clients to optimize their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to recognize when to take action and when to escalate. Your ability to develop and sustain diverse and inclusive teams contributes to the success of our firm.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will lead large projects and innovate processes, focusing on achieving results and maintaining operational excellence. You will interact with clients at a strategic level, driving overall project success. Your role involves crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems, and validating outcomes with clients. You will direct teams through complexity, demonstrating composure in challenging situations, and deepen your skills with a focus on staying relevant.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and integration of SAP supply chain and operations applications to optimize client processes
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored software solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless utilization of SAP applications
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive supply chain transformation initiatives
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client operations
- Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine project deliverables
- Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations, maintaining composure and focus
- Developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive high-performing teams to achieve strategic objectives
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to stakeholders
- Utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making and improve supply chain performance

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 12 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials
- Demonstrating advanced skills in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM)
- Utilizing data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
