As a SAP PLM Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP supply chain and operations applications, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization. Within our Advisory practice, you will enable clients to optimize their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will respond effectively to diverse perspectives, use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas, and apply critical thinking to break down complex concepts. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, using reflection to enhance strengths and address development areas. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement SAP supply chain and operations solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency
- Utilizing data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making and recommendations
- Managing project resources and budgets to deliver client solutions on time
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand and anticipate their needs
- Applying analytical thinking to break down complex concepts and solve problems
- Supporting procurement strategy and system implementation to enhance cost management
- Coordinating supply chain transformation initiatives to align with client objectives
- Leveraging data modeling and reporting tools to enhance supply chain performance

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Supply Chain and Operations solutions, including SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Transportation Management (TM), or related logistics credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Supply Chain Management (SAP SCM)
- Utilizing data-driven insights for supply chain transformation
- Managing inventory with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Excelling in demand forecasting and planning operations
- Developing procurement strategies and system implementation
- Navigating complex client relationships and inspiring team growth
