As a Salesforce Developer - Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for the effective use of Salesforce applications. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will leverage your broad consulting skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will take ownership of your development, applying a learning mindset to adapt to diverse client needs and team dynamics. You will gather information from various sources to analyze facts and discern patterns, actively listen, and clearly express ideas. By embracing challenges and ambiguity, you will use these moments as opportunities to grow, building commercial awareness and understanding how your work fits into the overall strategy.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to develop and implement Salesforce solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications
- Collaborating with team members to deliver quality work and drive value for clients
- Applying technical skills in Salesforce Administration, Salesforce Lightning, and Salesforce Sales Cloud to optimize client outcomes
- Engaging in project tasks such as requirements elicitation and business process modeling to support client objectives
- Utilizing enterprise integration and technology implementation skills to support client projects
- Developing training materials to facilitate client understanding and adoption of Salesforce solutions
- Participating in the design and execution of innovative technology solutions to meet client needs
- Gathering and analyzing information from various sources to inform project decisions and recommendations
- Building a personal brand by consistently delivering quality work and contributing to team success

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
- Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Administration and Salesforce Lightning
- Utilizing skills in Business Process Modeling and Enterprise Integration
- Engaging in Application Software and Technology Implementation projects
- Developing training materials for Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
- Applying intellectual curiosity to innovative design and emerging technologies
- Contributing to project architecture and systems project management
